We have recreated the CellProfiler feature extraction pipeline exactly, but utilize high performant GPU programs to dramatically accelerate computation. This new backend is orders of magnitude faster to compute verifiably identical features. What CellProfiler takes 20 hours to compute, we do in 10 minutes.
Oh great, another piece of software to install and learn? No. We did not want you to struggle through another research tool, designed by a graduate student in some lab, with poor documentation, that works only half the time. You've already done that. Our pipeline is only exposed through plugins of the tools (CellProfiler and ImageJ) you already know.
This tool will not benefit everyone, but to those who are sick of waiting days to analyze their plates, we've built this for you. We are currently working with adventurous early adopters to help guide and refine our experience. If that is you, we'd love to connect.
